What kinds of boards do you repair?: Consumer electronics, appliances, audio gear, power supplies, motor controllers, and various industrial PCBs. If it’s a board, we’ll take a look.
When do I pay?: Payment is due only after you reinstall the repaired board and confirm it works as expected. If there’s any issue, contact us right away.
How do I package and ship my board?: Cover your board with a plastic bag or wrap, cushion with foam or bubble, and place in a sturdy box. Include a note with the symptoms and your contact info. We’ll provide shipping instructions when you contact us.
How much does it cost to have my Power-Pole circuit board repaired?: Each PowerPole board repair is $100, plus return shipping. All shipments include insurance covering the replacement value of the board.
